At Wealden Wild Floral Design, tribute flowers are created with sensitivity, care and thoughtful attention to detail as if we were sending it to a loved one.

Working in a natural, seasonal and sustainable style, every tribute is individually designed to reflect the person being remembered — their character, favourite flowers, colours, countryside connections, or meaningful memories.

Rather than offering mass-produced catalogue tributes each design is created as an individual atelier design using wherever possible, seasonal flowers and foliage grown locally.

Whether understated and simple or entirely bespoke, every tribute is created with compassion and intention.

Personal & Meaningful Tributes
Funeral flowers can become deeply personal expressions of remembrance.

Where appropriate, meaningful items belonging to the deceased can be delicately incorporated into arrangements to create truly individual tributes. This may include ribbons, lace, dried flowers from a garden, seed packets, walking sticks, favourite materials or subtle references to hobbies, landscapes or cherished places.

We are always happy to discuss thoughtful ideas that help create a farewell that feels personal and authentic.

Natural & Compostable Funeral Flowers
We specialise in sustainable funeral flowers suitable for both traditional and green or natural burials.

Designs are created without floral foam wherever possible and instead use moss, twine and natural mechanics together with compostable and recyclable materials.

Seasonal British and locally sourced flowers are prioritised wherever available, creating arrangements that feel both environmentally conscious and naturally beautiful.

Sectional & Continuing Floral Tributes
Where suitable, tributes can also be designed in thoughtful sectional elements.

This allows arrangements to be gently separated after the service so flowers may continue to bring comfort afterwards — whether displayed at a wake, shared amongst family members, replanted, dried or placed in meaningful locations.

This approach not only reduces waste but allows flowers to continue telling a story beyond the funeral itself.

After Funeral Collection & Re-Distribution

An optional after-funeral collection and re-distribution service is also available at additional cost.

Following the service, arrangements can be carefully collected and thoughtfully repurposed into smaller vase arrangements or keepsake posies for loved ones to take home.

Flowers may also be prepared for memorial gatherings, drying and preservation, or donation where appropriate.

This gentle continuation of the flowers often brings ongoing comfort to families in the days following a farewell.
