We collect Client’s names, addresses, contact details and bank/payment details. We collect this via consent using a form which we will ask you to fill out, or we will fill out on your behalf upon your instruction. This may be in person, over the telephone, via email or via webchat.

How your data is stored

When recorded on a paper file all data is stored in a locked cabinet. All electronic data is stored on an encrypted computer, tablet or smartphone with the latest software to combat malicious targeting and cyber fraud. We only store your data for as long as it is necessary to complete our service or deliver our product, and we will destroy all personal data, save for Company accounts information, upon completion of your event/order.

What we do with your data

We use your data to contact you with information or updates about your order and to collect payment from you at the appropriate time.

What we do not do with your data

We do not share your data with any third party without your prior consent. We also do not sell your data to any third party under any circumstance.
