Why Wealden Wild?

The word “Wealden” comes from the High Weald, a medieval landscape of woodland, hills and small hills, farms and ancient routes which runs from the Kent Marshes across the border into East and then West Sussex to Hampshire. It is now designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We endeavour to source materials and work with local trusted suppliers and businesses based in the Weald area .

As to “Wild”, from outset we wanted to approach floristry with a seasonal and natural approach, using sustainable and/or recyclable elements and materials. We love the fact this means every design we make is both individual and unique with no two ever being same.

Hence “Wealden Wild” was formed in 2022 - Natural, Eco-Friendly, Local and Unique Floral Design.
